Wrangu, working on the Now® platform, has delivered a suite of custom applications to consolidate multiple Fraud, Complaint and Risk Management tools across multiple locations for a large Swedish banking group.
These Wrangu built applications bring efficiency and transparency, reducing duplication of effort and providing a single way of working for the organization globally. The project extended the use of the platform, into new core business functions allowing for more efficient case handling, reduced resolution time, greater risk insight and better reporting across the business utilising the platform as the single system of record. As well as delivering a key element of the banks desire to move towards a global standardized way of working, the solution has also provided the bank with significantly improved risk transparency, specifically related to the BASEL III framework.
Wrangu provided the core architectural oversight, quality assurance, hands on development expertise, and user testing capability to assist the client right through to go-live, and working closely with the client to design applications that adhere to ServiceNow® best practice, whilst delivering the required client value creation.
The project, run using the StartNow® methodology (now SIM), was delivered against tight timeframes and to very specific client requirements.
